Ryan Sauve - CEO
Ryan brings 10 years of sales and sales management experience to lead the BI Builders team. His previous roles include Manager of Enterprise Sales at Business Objects, and head of global sales for the Imager brand at Metasoft Inc.. Ryan holds a BA from Simon Fraser University and diploma in internet marketing and business strategy from the University of British Columbia.

Peter Buckley - President and Founder
As founder of the B.I. Builders, Peter brings his business intelligence expertise from professional services management roles with Crystal Decisions and Business Objects. He has helped clients such as General Electric, J.P. Morgan Chase, Canfor, Coca-Cola, AG Hair Care, and BCAA. Peter holds degrees in both Science and Education. All 4 of Peter's siblings currently work in the business intelligence industry, which according to his mother "makes for extremely boring family dinners".

Dan Kucherka - Finance Manager
Dan has over 15 years of experience in the small to medium size company market, working in Canada and  Australia and also holds the CMA designation. In managing the BI Builder finance team, he is responsible for ensuring reporting and process excellence as well as direct customer and consultant interface. He acts at the company’s in house financial coach.

Derek Stobbart – Director of Technical Services
Derek is a Business Intelligence techonology specialist, responsible for project solutioning, and quality control on all consulting engagements. With over ten years in the BI industry, Derek is well known for his report/dashboard, solution design/architecture and technical knowledge. He has been an invited speaker/participant at business intelligence events and webcasts across North America. With a depth product knowledge that comes from a long tenure at Business Objects, Derek now turns his focus and experience to helping organizations develop and deploy custom solutions using the Business Objects product set.

Barbara Stearns – Delivery Manager
Barbara is responsible for managing the execution of BI Builder consulting projects, and is author of the BI Builders LiqUID methodology.  With over 11 years of experience in project management and with 5 of those years in the BI industry, she has a firm command of project management and delivery methodology best practices and how they apply to business intelligence projects.  Previously, Barbara was a project manager in the Professional Services Division of Business Objects.

Sukhi Dakha - VP Sales
Sukhi joined the BI Builders in 2009, bringing with him 15+ years of experience connecting companies with the tools and services they need to achieve the highest return on their information.  Sukhi spent more than 7 years at SAP BusinessObjects managing a variety of sales teams, including the Midwest MidMarket, and WorldWide OnDemand team. Most recently, Sukhi led a National team that was focused on providing Business Objects solutions to SAP users. His success leading sales teams to match customers with the right solutions earned him a seat at the Presidents Club 4 times. Sukhi has held various sales, customer service and management roles outside of SAP and Business Objects, including 10 years at Dun & Bradstreet.
